RENTAL TERMS

The rental conditions of Karam Rent a Car apply to all rental agreements. The renter declares to agree with these rental conditions.

Definitions

Definitions in these terms and conditions, the following terms are used with the following meaning, unless expressly stated otherwise or a different meaning unambiguously follows from the context:

Karam Rent a Car, the renter: the other party to the agreement with renter and user of these general terms and conditions.

Renter: the natural and/or legal person who has concluded a rental agreement with the lessor Karam Rent a Car and thus the contractual counterparty to the agreement with the landlord.

(Rental) Vehicle: the vehicle, including any accessories, which are provided to the tenant by the lessor in the context of the rental agreement and for which a rental agreement has been concluded by the parties.

Rental agreement/contract: the agreement between Karam Rent a Car (the lessor) and the renter regarding the rental of the vehicle. This also means an online reservation/booking of the rental vehicle.

Rental fee: the price for the use of the rental vehicle and inventory during the rental period, including any additional options, delivery- and pick up fees,  but excluding the compensation for the number of kilometers traveled. The rent is inclusive of VAT but excluding any other taxes and/or government surcharges as well as excluding tolls levied during the rental period and excluding the costs for fuel. Rental prices on the rental contract are stated inclusive of VAT.

Rental period: the period over which the rental agreement/contract continues.

Parties: Karam Rent a Car (the lessor) and renter jointly.

Reservation confirmation: the confirmation sent by Karam Rent a Car to the renter of the conclusion of the rental agreement. In this confirmation, the period of the rental of the vehicle, the rental fee and any additional agreements are recorded, such as additional options booked and delivery- and pick-up charges.

In writing: in these general terms and conditions, “in writing” includes communication by e-mail, digitally/online (for example via an online interface) provided the identity of the sender and the integrity of the content are sufficiently established.

Deposit: an amount that tenants must pay to Karam Rent a Car (the lessor) at the start of the rental agreement, which serves as a guarantee for proper compliance with the rental agreement.

Malfunction: a sudden unexpected interruption in the vehicle’s performance.

1. Reservation, booking, cancellation, reservation change

  1. The rental period established with the final reservation is binding on both parties. The reservation is final from the moment that Karam Rent a Car has received the deposit and the entire rental amount. The rental agreement is entered into for the period and the rate as agreed upon with the final reservation. However, Karam Rent a Car reserves the right to refuse a renter without stating reasons.
  2. There is no right of revocation for bookings made exclusively by means of telecommunication (e.g. via a homepage, email, telephone, etc.) or outside of business premises.
  3. Domestic and international reservations are only binding for vehicle types.
  4. If the renter has not collected the vehicle by no later than one hour after the agreed time, there shall no longer be a binding reservation.
  5. Cancellation must always be made in writing.
  6. In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the renter, it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period.
  7. In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the renter within 24 hours before the start of the rental period, € 75,00 will be charged to the renter.
  8. If the renter or person travelling with you is infected with the Covid-19 virus, the renter can always cancel free of charge, however a proof of infection, provided with name, address etc. must be provided to Karam Rent a Car. (If no official document of the Covid-19 infection can be provided, the cancellation fee still remains.)
  9. Karam Rent a Car reserves the right to cancel a rental car reservation/agreement under certain circumstances, expressly including weather conditions, without mutual costs. This will be done, among other things, if the safety of the renter threatens to be endangered, and is entirely at the discretion of Karam Rent a Car.
  10. You can request a free reservation change of car, but only up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. You must send us a request in writing, by sending us an email or Whatsapp message. The vehicle change is only made in accordance with the specified reserved dates and is only possible if the other car wished for, is still available:
      • If a change to a more expensive rental car is possible, the renter will be obliged to pay the additional rental fee.
      • If a change to a cheaper rental car is possible, no refund will be made on the rental fee.

There is no extra charge for booking changes.

2. Required documents, authorized drivers, driver's license restrictions, additional rental terms

Required documents

During handover of the vehicle, the renter (and if required, the second driver as well) must provide:

    1. a valid identity card or passport
    2. a valid driver license necessary for driving the vehicle
    3. a creditcard, valid for at least 30 days from the return of the vehicle and accepted by Karam Rent a Car in accordance with the rental information.

If the renter is unable to provide the mentioned documents when the vehicle is handed over, Karam Rent a Car will cancel the rental contract; in any such cases the renter shall have no claim for non-performance.

Authorized and permitted drivers and driver license restrictions

Age and driver’s license restrictions apply to all our vehicles:

    1. Only persons who are mentioned in the rental agreement as a renter or second driver are allowed to drive the rental car.
    2. Driving the rental car is only allowed for persons from 23 years of age.
    3. Driving the rental car is only allowed for persons who have held a valid driver’s license B for at least 2 years.
    4. An international driver’s license is not required. A driver’s license from a country other than Turkey is valid. Foreign nationals can drive in Turkey with their own drivers license for maximum of 6 months. If a foreigner is more than 6 months in Turkey, then he/she should present a Turkish driver’s license.

    5. In the case of a non-Latin driver’s license (eg Arabic, Japanese, Russian, etc.), a legal translation of the driver’s license is required in addition to the original driver’s license.

    6. If Karam Rent a Car has doubts about the renter’s identity, the validity of his / her driving license or his / her creditworthiness, Karam Rent a Car is entitled to withhold vehicle handover until the existing doubts about identity, driving license and creditworthiness have been clarified by the hirer to Karam Rent a Car’s satisfaction.
    7. The vehicle may be driven only by the drivers named in the rental contract. It is strictly forbidden to pass on the vehicle to third parties, friends, family, acquaintances etc. If the renter might not follow these restrictions, and the car will be passed on anyway, then the renter will remain liable for the car, for costs regarding to any damage , theft or loss of the vehicle.

Additional Rental Terms: minimum required booking days

    • A minimum of 5 rental days is required for the cities Adrasan, Antalya, Beldibi, Çamyuva, Çıralı, Demre, Göynük, Karaöz, Kemer,  Olympos and Tekirova.
    • A minimum of 7 rental days is required for the cities Belek and Kaş.

3. Handing over and returning the vehicle, mileage limit

  1. Handing over the vehicle
    1. Karam Rent a Car will provide the renter with a vehicle that meets the requirements to be imposed on it in reason. Karam Rent a Car will inform the renter about any already visible damage to the vehicle. The renter must inspect the vehicle when it is made available and if he observes additional visible damage, he must communicate it to Karam Rent a Car in writing at the time of acceptance of the vehicle in conformity with the checklist, stated at the Car Rental Agreement of Karam Rent a Car. New visible damage that has not been communicated by the renter to Karam Rent a Car will be deemed to have been caused by the renter and the renter will be liable for it.
    2. The renter will treat the vehicle with care and as a good renter and will comply with all relevant regulations and technical requirements for its use, in particular check regularly that the engine oil level and other fluids and tire pressure are sufficient and observe when maintenance is necessary and inform Karam Rent a Car accordingly, and check regularly that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and always lock the vehicle well.
    3. The vehicle shall be handed over to the renter with an empty tank of fuel.
    4. The renter undertakes to pay the agreed rent (and extras such as delivery charges and options) in full, even if the rental car is picked up later than the agreed start date/time.
    5. If the vehicle will not be picked up at all at the agreed start date or start time, the renter will still owe the rental fee in full to Karam Rent a Car.
    6. If the vehicle is not picked up within 1 hour after the agreed start time, the rental agreement will be cancelled by Karam Rent a Car, unless the renter has beforehand informed Karam Rent a Car and has a good reason to be delayed (for example, if the renter’s flight might be delayed.)
  2. Returning the vehicle
    1. The renter must return the vehicle at the end of the rental period with the same level of fuel as it was handed over at the start of the rental period.
    2. If the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level as it was handed over, Karam Rent a Car shall charge the renter the fees for filling the vehicle and fuel in accordance with the rates applicable at the time of rental.
    3. If the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed end date of time, the renter will still owe the rental fee in full to Karam Rent a Car. No refund of the agreed rent will be given to the renter.
    4. For each hour that the rental car is returned late (later than the agreed end time) € 3,00 per hour will be charged. If the rental car is returned 2 hours of more later than the agreed end time, the rent of 1 daily rate wil be charged extra to the renter.
    5. The rental contract shall end upon the expiry of the agreed rental period. if the renter continues to use the vehicle after expiry of the agreed term, the rental shall not be deemed to have been extended. Subject to the above, until the vehicle is back in the possession of Karam Rent a Car, all obligations of the renter shall remain in effect, the vehicle and the use of the vehicle remains in the scope of risk of the renter and the renter remains fully liable for all damages and costs related to the vehicle.
    6. The renter is obliged to return the vehicle at the end of the rental period to Karam Rent a Car [1] at the agreed place and [2] at the agreed return time and [3] in the same condition that the renter received the car at the commencement of the rental period, as stipulated on the signed rental contract.
    7. In the event of excessive soiling of the vehicle, which requires special cleaning of the vehicle, or if the vehicle is returned with an odor impairment, such as smoke or animal odor, the renter shall pay the cleaning costs, which shall be charged on the basis of time and material consumed, with a minimum amount of € 30,00. Unless the renter proves that he/she is not responsible for the excessive soiling of the vehicle, such as in the occasion of extremely bad weather, the renter will not pay for cleaning charges.
    8. If the renter does not return the vehicle or the vehicle key (even if not at fault) to Karam Rent a Car at the end of the agreed rental period, Karam Rent a Car shall be entitled to demand a compensation equal, at least, to the previously agreed rental rate for the duration of the withholding. In addition, the renter shall be obliged to pay a flat-rate administrative charge for the associated processing costs. The assertion of further damages is not excluded.
  3. Mileage limit
    1. With a rental period of 1-7 days the renter is entitled to 300  km. daily
    2. With a rental period of 8-31 days the renter is entitled to 3000 km.
    3. With a rental period of 31 days and longer the renter is entitled to 100 km. daily.

If the renter exceeds the mileage/distance limit, then Karam Rent a Car will charge the renter € 0,15 per kilometer.

Delivery and return fee

Delivery and return fees apply per one way and must be paid in advance; the amount must be received by Karam Rent a Car no later than 3 days prior to the agreed rental period. If the amount is not received on time, the reservation will be canceled by Karam Rent a Car. Delivery costs are not calculated on your online reservation, so the total amount at your online reservation is excluding the delivery- and return costs.

4. Use of the vehicle and restrictions of use, other vehicle observances

The vehicle may be used only on public paved roads.

The vehicle may not be used:

    1. for motor sport purposes, in particular driving events where the important thing is to achieve maximum speeds, or for any associated practice drives
    2. not for driving school practice
    3. for vehicle tests or for safety driving training, on racetracks (circuits)
    4. for commercial passenger transport
    5. for renting to sublessees
    6. for committing criminal offences, even if said offences are punishable only under the law of the place where the offence is committed
    7. for transporting easily inflammable, toxic or other hazardous substances.
    8. rental vehicles may not be used abroad, outside Turkey.
    9. if the renter observes damage or defects. The renter is not allowed to use the vehicle if this could lead to aggravation of the damage or defects or a reduction in road safety. The renter is obliged to report known and observable defects, damage to or with the rental car or loss of the vehicle as soon as possible.
    10. Any violation or non-performance of a provision under sub-clauses 1-9 shall entitle Karam Rent a Car to terminate the rental agreement without notice or to rescind the rental agreement. In any such event the renter shall have no right to damages. This shall be without prejudice to any claim to damages that accrues to Karam Rent a Car due to the breach of one of the provisions under sub-clauses 1-9.

Other vehicle observances:

    1. The renter is obliged to properly secure any goods carried in the vehicle.
    2. The renter is obliged to lock the rental car at all times when parking.
    3. The renter may not remove the advertising from the back of the car. If the renter might do this anyway, then the renter will be charged
      € 15,00 for replacement of the advertising including labor costs.
    4. Smoking and animals are not allowed in the vehicle. If anyhow smoke or animal smell will be detected in the vehicle, the renter will be charged for cleaning costs (in general minimum €30,00) and additional one (1) rental day that the vehicle can’t be rented.
    5. The renter must at all times comply with the applicable legislation and traffic regulations. (See also article 7.7) If the renter commits multiple speeding violations of more than 20 km./per hour, detected by our GPS system, then Karam Rent a Car will warn the renter to abide by the speed limits. If the renter does not comply with this, then Karam Rent a Car reserves the right to end the rental agreement immediately. In this case, the renter must return the car to Karam Rent a Car asap, but at least within 24 hours. The renter will still owe the rental fee for the agreed rental period in full to Karam Rent a Car; no refund of the agreed rent will be given to the renter.
    6. The renter must bear the cost of procuring replenishment liquids (particularly engine oil, windscreen cleaner etc.) in the event that said liquids need to be replenished during the rental period.
    7. The renter must maintain the tire pressure (or have it maintained) during the rental period.
    8. Costs for fuel, parking costs etc. are always exclusively for the account of the renter.
    9. In case of use of roads where tolls are charged, the renter shall be liable for full payments of all fees.

5. Rental charge, deposit, delivery/pick up charges, due date and payment terms

Rental charge

    1. The rental charge mentioned in the reservation confirmation comprises a basic rental charge and charges for extra options such as babychairs, carfi internet, navigation etc. Delivery/pickup charges are not specified in the reservation confirmation so these charges must be paid additionally on delivery.
    2. If the vehicle is not returned to the same rental office from which it was rented, the renter shall be required to pay the cost of returning the vehicle (a one-way charge) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    3. For deliveries and collections, the delivery and collection fees agreed for this shall be charged, plus the cost of fuel in accordance with the current fuel price applicable at the time of rental.

Deposit

    1. The renter is obliged to pay a deposit in addition to the rental price at the beginning of the rental period as security for the fulfilment of his obligations. The amount of the deposit is €100,00. Karam Rent a Car will place a hold on the renter’s creditcard for this amount. Provided there is no damage or car accident, if there are no additional costs (such as extra cleaning costs) and no fines, then this amount will be released again after the end of the rental period. Karam Rent a Car is entitled to settle the amount of damage and/or fines against the deposit. Any remaining part of the deposit after deduction of the compensation will be released again on the renter’s creditcard.
    2. The deposit will be charged through credit card. If Karam Rent a Car will make use of the deposit, Karam Rent a Car will inform the renter in writing in advance, through Whatsapp or by e-mail.

Payment terms, due date

    1. The rental charge (plus any other charges agreed such as options and delivery/pick up charges) as well as the deposit shall be paid by the renter in full before the beginning of the agreed rental period.
    2. The rent and all other agreed costs will be charged in the manner of payment offered by Karam Rent a Car: by creditcard, cash payment or through banktransfer.
    3. Invoices of Karam Rent a Car will generally be sent electronically if the booking is made online at the website. The renter is responsible for being able to receive electronic invoices or, if agreed accordingly, to collect them electronically. The renter is accountable for malfunctions of the receiving devices or any other circumstances that hinder the access to the invoices.  The renter is obliged to pay the provided invoices in time. If an invoice is not received or cannot be received the renter shall notify Karam Rent a Car immediately. In this case Karam Rent a Car will re-send a copy of the invoice by e-mail or Whatsapp.
    4. If the vehicle is collected late or returned early there shall be no refund.
    5. If the renter is in default of payment of the rental fee or other payments (for example fines) Karam Rent a Car shall, even without prior warning, be entitled to terminate the rental agreement with the renter without notice.

6. Insurance

The rental cars of Karam Rent a Car are allrisk Basic (CDW; Collision Damage Waiver) insured, which means that all damage is covered that is caused by:

      • 1-sided accidents (damages such as to glass, tires, rims, headlights, mirrors, parking damage, interior, loss of keys.)
      • 2-sided accidents (a collision with (an) other vehicle(s)
      • theft, fire, flood, earthquake and terror

A deductible of €500,00 applies for all damages covered under the All Risk Basic insurance. However, the following damages are always excluded from coverage:

1) Damage caused by violation

    1. Damage caused by negligence carelessness, neglectful driving, gross negligence,  or intent while using the car.
    2. Damage caused by rally/off-road driving. Not only full damage will be recovered from the renter; if rally/off-road driving is detected, the renter will also be charged €25,00 for engine cleaning costs and a fine of €25,00 to Karam Rent a Car.
    3. Damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol, and/or drugs and/or medicines that may affect the driving ability of the renter.
    4. damage caused by a person who is not mentioned in the rental agreement.

2) Damage not to be considered as accidental damage 

Damage due to braking, usage, and simple breakage shall not be considered accidental damage; this applies, in particular, to damage caused by e.g. slipping, speeding violations, loads, incorrect fueling, damage caused by wiring, twisting damage, mishandling as well as overloading the vehicle.

Karam Rent a Car deserves the right to have the insurer investigate an alleged violation of the exclusions referred to in this article.

In short, Karam Rent a Car offers you the following All Risk Basic Insurance, which is included when you rent your car at Karam Rent a Car:

All Risk Basic Insurance  (€ 0,00)

All-risk insurance which covers damage caused by

      • 1-sided accidents (damages such as to glass, tires, rims, headlights, mirrors, parking damage, interior & loss of keys.)
      • 2-sided accidents (a collision with (an) other vehicle(s)
      • theft, fire, flood, earthquake and terror

A deductible of €500,00 applies for all damages covered under the All Risk Basic insurance.

Additional insurances

In order to reduce any high costs of single-vehicle accidents, we offer you 2 different supplementary insurance policies:

All Risk Super Insurance (€ 3,50 daily)

All-risk insurance which covers damage caused by

      • 1-sided accidents (damage to glass, tires, rims, headlights, mirrors, parking damage, interior & loss of keys.)
      • 2-sided accidents (a collision with (an) other vehicle(s)
      • theft, fire, flood, earthquake, terror

A deductible of €325,00 (instead of €500,00) applies for all damages covered under the All Risk Super insurance.

All Risk Top Insurance (€ 7,00 daily)

All-risk insurance which covers damage caused by

      • 1-sided accidents (damage to glass, tires, rims, headlights, mirrors, parking damage, interior & loss of keys)
      • 2-sided accidents (a collision with (an) other vehicle(s)
      • theft, fire, flood, earthquake and terror

A deductible of €150,00 (instead of €500,00) applies for all damages covered under the All Risk Top insurance.

7. Obligation to notify in case of an accident, damage, theft and fines

1) The renter is liable for all damage to the rental car, provided the damage is caused by acts of omissions of the renter or the second driver.  The renter is also liable for consequential damage, such as downtime. The damage is determined during standstill and/or breakdown of a rental car. In the event of damage, a (long) downtime can arise due to various causes, for example due to:

      • the time for recovery and towing
      • the time, if any, required to determine the extent of the damage
      • the repair time

If a rental car can no longer be used for rental to other customers due to a breakdown due to damage, the renter will owe Karam Rent a Car the number of missed rental days, increased by the rental rate per day applicable at that time (rent loss.)

2) The renter is liable for any form of damage to Karam Rent a Car, third parties an/or goods that arise during the rental period. The renter indemnifies Karam Rent a Car against any form of damage to the renter, third parties and/or goods occurring the rental period.

3) In the event of an accident, theft, fire, damage by animals or other damage, the renter or the second driver must without undue delay notify Karam Rent a Car at all times and immediately call in the police (tel. 112;) a claim form must be completed together with the police, as well as an accident report and alcohol test report. The damaged vehicle may not be moved from the place where the accident occurred after the accident. If the above is not complied with, the insurer’s right to compensation will lapse and the entire damage will have to be paid by the renter.

4) The above mentioned obligation also applies if the rental vehicle was damaged only slightly and also in the case of accidents, which are the driver’s own fault without third parties being involved (one vehicle accidents.)

5) If ever the rental vehicle is damaged during the rental period the renter is obliged to notify Karam Rent a Car in writing and without undue delay of all the details of the accident which led to the rental vehicle being damaged. This shall also apply in the event of theft of the vehicle or stolen vehicle parts. For this purpose the renter should complete all of the points on the claim form for reporting an accident, which can be found with the rental vehicle papers, carefully and truthfully. The form can also be requested from Karam Rent a Car at any time by telephone or can be downloaded here: claim/damage form.

6) The renter or second driver must take all measures, which are expedient or conducive to clearing up the case of damage. This particularly includes them having to answer all the questions of Karam Rent a Car concerning the circumstances of the case of damage truthfully and fully and them not being permitted to leave the scene of the accident until it has been possible to make the necessary findings and particularly the findings that are of importance to Karam Rent a Car for assessing the damaging event or without allowing Karam Rent a Car to make such findings.

7) The renter indemnifies Karam Rent a Car against all fines, traffic violations, sanctions and other measures imposed on Karam Rent a Car with regard to criminal offenses committed by the renter, the second driver and/or passengers during the rental period. Fines, sanctions and other measures and costs arising therefrom, are exclusively for the account of the renter.

8) The renter is obliged to lock the vehicle at all times when parking. The vehicle may never be left unattended or unguarded if the vehicle is not locked. The renter is liable for damage and theft as a result of not locking the rental vehicle. In the event of theft or loss, the renter must hand over the key of the vehicle to Karam Rent a Car. If the renter is unable to provide the key, the current value of the rental vehicle will be recovered from the renter.

9) Karam Rent a Car is not liable for goods that are left behind by the renter or third parties when the vehicle is returned to the rental office.

10) In case the renter is obliged to pay a damage amount, and the renter cannot immediately pay the damage amount, or fails to pay the damage amount, interest will be charged on the amount of the claim from the date of the accident/damage. The statutory interest is 13.5% on an annual basis. This corresponds to 1.125% on a monthly basis.

8. Repairs and maintenance of the vehicle

Repairs

    1. If, during the term of the rental period, it becomes necessary to repair the rental car to ensure that the vehicle is operational or roadworthy or a compulsory vehicle service becomes necessary, the renter at all times needs to contact and inform Karam Rent a Car at first and ask for permission of repair. Karam Rent a Car will decide if the vehicle needs to be repaired and will inform the renter where to repair the vehicle. If the renter has the vehicle repaired without informing Karam Rent a Car, the repair costs will be at the expense of the renter.
    2. In the event of vehicle breakdown or vehicle trouble during the rental period through no fault of the renter, Karam Rent a Car will do its utmost that the vehicle will be repaired within 7 working days. The recovery time starts from the moment a report is made to Karam Rent a Car. During the recovery time that the renter can’t use the vehicle, Karam Rent a Car offers replacement of the vehicle. The renter however, is not entitled to replacement transport if the damage has arisen as a result of acts of omissions in violation of article 7 , or due to irresponsible driving behaviour, willful act of omission, recklessness bordering on intent, gross negligence or gross negligence on the part of the renter (including if the driver has caused a collision and/or accident under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or medicines that (may) affect the driving ability.)

If the above mentioned solutions are not possible for whatever reason, then Karam Rent a Car will refund the rent for each rental day not taken.

Maintenance

The renter must comply with a call from Karam Rent a Car to offer the car for regular maintenance. Such a call from Karam Rent a Car will be made in forehanded time so that the renter can reasonable comply with it. The renter is obliged to return to Karam Rent a Car when instructed, if a valid reason exists for this. Valid reasons are, in particular, the performance of inspection, maintenance or repair work, a manufacturer recall, reaching a certain mileage or a certain holding period. In this case, upon return of the vehicle, the renter shall receive a replacement vehicle for the remaining rental period according to his booked vehicle category. If the renter does not return the vehicle to Karam Rent a Car or does not return it in time contrary to the above instructions, Karam Rent a Car shall be entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice after a previous unsuccesful warning and to demand compensation for damages and costs from the renter.

9. Termination of the rental contract

  1. The parties shall be entitled to terminate the rental contracts in accordance with the statutory provisions. Karam Rent a Car may terminate the rental contracts immediately for special cause without notice. Such cause shall be deemed to include, in particular:
    1. deterioration of the renter’s financial situation
    2. the legitimate concern of Karam Rent a Car that the renter shall not pay the rental price
    3. lack of care of the vehicle
    4. improper and illegal use
    5. disregard of the regulations
    6. if it becomes unreasonable to expect the rental contract to be continued, e.g. owing to an excessive damage ratio.
    7. if causing willful damage to a rental vehicle
    8. if culpably concealing or trying  to conceal damages to rental vehicles
    9. if the renter uses a rental vehicle for or in conjunction with criminal actions
  2. If Karam Rent a Car terminates a rental contract, the renter shall be obliged to surrender the vehicle, together with all vehicle documents, all accessories and all vehicle keys, immediately to Karam Rent a Car.
  3. Karam Rent a Car is not liable for damage or costs of the renter or driver as a result of the termination of the rental agreement.
  4. Every termination of the rental agreement by Karam Rent a Car shall be without prejudice to its other rights, including the right to claim full damages.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Disputes regarding this rental agreement will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Türkiye.
